We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders shipped within Australia. We ship all of our merchandise in our signature printed snake skin black box and envelope via Sendle. If you just can’t wait to accessorize your attitude, upgraded express shipping is available at additional cost.
We want to be sure your items arrive safely, so a signature or authorization for drop-off will be required upon delivery.
Items shipped via standard methods typically arrive in 2-5 delivery days.
International orders are welcome and will be charged an appropriate shipping fee for standard airmail. If you are ordering from outside Australia, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange shipping. All orders and shipping costs are listed and billed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Please be aware that many countries may charge extra fees for certain items. House of Tindale is not responsible for additional taxes, duties or customs incurred for importing our bags. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and Exchanges
Everyone changes their minds sometimes. Our bags were created with self-expression in mind. If you decide that the items you ordered don’t express your inner self the way you’d hoped, we offer 30 days to exchange or return merchandise purchased online. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to walk you through the return/exchange process.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed if all the following requirements are met:
- Merchandise was purchased through the online store
- Merchandise must be accompanied by the original invoice
- Merchandise must be unused (i.e, perfect selling condition) and in its original packaging
- Full or partial refunds will be applied via the original payment method
- Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable and a $25 processing fee will be applied on returns & exchanges resulting from a change of mind.
When it comes to our brand, we’re perfectionists. All of House of Tindale’s products are handcrafted with careful attention to detail and are put through a rigorous quality control process before they arrive in your hands. As such, we’re happy to say that defects are rare. In the extremely unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will bend over backward to resolve the problem as quickly and painlessly as possible. We are happy to repair or replace faulty items at no cost to you. House of Tindale will also cover return shipping expenses. Please email your original invoice to email@example.com along with photos and a description of the defect within 30 days of purchase, and we’ll gladly start processing your repair or replacement right away.
Our products are made from the highest quality leather and have been treated to maintain natural lustre. We do not consider natural variations in grain or coouring to be defects or faulty. Instead, these variations make each bag distinct and impart character as unique as its owner.
